What does that mean, and how do I fix it?
One example would be LobosJR vod above. The knight in the Taurus demon arena is missing in his game. It isn't that bad, but I just got hit by dark magic from a place, where all enemies were already dead. I also had this in the beginning. I went to New Londo right after the Asylum to check some of the changes out. Went back by using the elevater (no bonfire was used) I used to get there in the first place and the hollow knight is back alive all of a sudden.
Yeah, I noticed that too when watching the VOD. This sounds like good stuff for the mod developer to know so he can fix it (if he hasn't already). Do you have a nexus account? If so, please share this on there; I'm sure the author would be super appreciative.
Dead enemies can respawn in vanilla Dark Souls if you travel far enough away from their spawn point, even if you don't die or use a bonfire. How deep into New Londo did you go?
Ah, I see. I just had it happen to me as well. It seems that the mod vastly decreases the distance you have to travel for enemies to respawn. Kind of annoying, but not a deal-breaker. Maybe the mod's files mess with a parameter?
Yeah the arena mobs are annoying though.
I stopped playing the actual game a while ago so it was kind of refreshing.
Ikr? It's a great mod, one that I'm proud to be supporting and testing. I love Lost Izalith's lore and aesthetics and this mod finally, finally gives it its due. The author is currently working on editing the boss fights to tune up some of the more...lackluster ones (Pinwheel, Nito, Bed of Chaos). How he can change the Bed of Chaos to make it actually fun is beyond my understanding, but I'm excited to see if he can pull it off.
Do they appear later or you reckon something’s gone wrong?
Did you launch the game through DSDAD after pasting all the files in that program?
