The Crimson Set (And How To Get It)

The Crimson Set is difficult to get to.. but mostly worth it. its better then most of the starting armor and its light as hell. so even if you use a heavy weapon like the zweihander, you're gonna be fast.

To get the set you need to start with the master key. so either pick that in gifts or be a thief. then you want to get to the firelink shrine and go down the stairs near the bonfire. near the crestfallen dude. then you go down the elevator and go right of the entrance of the ruins. and go through another entrance up some stairs. you will see a locked door and THAT is why you need the master key. normally you would have to defeat a boss (no spoilers for you) and they would give you the key to blighttown.

After you open the locked door you should see a big cave entrance and a small bridge. cross the bridge into the cave. from here you will want to run past the enemies. these are later in the game so you probably cant beat them yet. anyway once you run past the 3 big guys you will find several ladders and a few bug...things. it will probably take a few tries but run past those and down the ladder and go on the branches you will see after going down the last ladder. you will find another bug thing, run past it and you will find the crimson set on a corpse, along with a tin catalyst. there will be a spell called Remedy. it's pretty much just a healing spell.

This armor is going to help you for a while due to the low weight and the good armor. it sounds complicated to do. but it's easier than it sounds.
