Frampt disappeared without a reason

Frampt disappeared, i didn't fell in his hole and i didn't join tha dark wraith covenant, so why he disappeared ?

joining the dickwraith covenant doesnt trigger him to despawn. placeing the lordvessel with kaathe does. which is probaly what you did as then he disappears the next time you get close to him (not need to talk to him just getting close will trigger his despawn dialoge after the vessel is placed)

You can kill Gwyndolin in his boss fight and it has no effect on Frampt.
