Bell Gargoyle Tips

I'm just wishing to collect a bunch of tips from people on steam for how to deal with the Bell Gargoyles. Any advice will do!

I did 160 damage a hit with a spear +5 and gold pine resin, enough to cut the tail in one hit.

hi there... just enter go near... wait the first fly, and evad searching for the back (Cut the Tail for the Weapon) kill him fast before the second come in the battle remember User Gold Pine Resin also you can Upgrade your Weapon at the BlackSmith ( 5+) its a realy easi Boss the second one are too easi just Wait for the firebreath then Go around and kill.. repeat Again and Again and Again.

I figured out a way to beat these guys, but I'm collecting advice from you guys so that maybe people who can't beat them have an easy place to look! :)

This is where I got stuck when I started playing one year ago. It's only when I came back that I realized I can block their axe attacks. Shield is your best friend in this fight, aside from Solaire.

Practice evading attacks against the one, either by blocking or dodging. Once you know how to handle it's physical attacks, then go to town.

Also practice not locking on so you can more efficiently flee from bad positions. It's difficult to get away while locked on to a target.

Get a +5 weapon amd the resins from Undead Burg.

I used a +5 Halberd (You can find it on the corpse near the main entrance on the outside) + shield. With that its quite easy to pull off.

Gargoyles are easy as ♥♥♥♥ mate, without wanting to sound like an elitist or something. You can literally play around with them.

When I had around 250ish hours I tried to solo the gargoyles. Getting ganked by two bosses and being stunlocked to death by fire isn't really fun with low poise and low HP.

I always summon Solaire. On that playthrough I killed solaire and was using a slow weapon.
