What weapons does Hornet ring work with?

As title says. I know there are weapons that dont work with it so I want to know the ones that do.

Isn't this refering to the leo ring instead? as far as i know, all weapons that can backstab or riposte are compatible with hornet ring.

All weapons worth with the Hornet ring.

Only thrust weapons work with the Leo ring, if you mean that.

The Hornet ring works wonderfully well with a Chaos +5 rapier and 10 humanity. :)

this - but also there are some weapons that are better than others because

a) they have a crit dmg multiplyer (rapier,bandit knife, silver tracer and some other)

b) they have already high dmg which obviously will give more crit bonus too BUT also no suffer from slow attack speed

Or C) There are more damage stages within the hornet riposte, and therefore more chances for damage to be pushed beyond the baseline. Fist weapons receive the highest "boost" from equipping the hornet ring vs not using it, especially when buffing the weapon.

But, I'm pretty sure he means the Leo ring. Any weapon with a thrust attack or that deals true thrust damage will receive the counter bonus of the Leo ring. Remember that counter =/= riposte.
