who takes chaos ember annd large flame ember?

I have a plus 10 iato but i want to make it a chaos weapon, who do I go to?

The chaos ember is in the lava, after the horde of taurus demons in demon ruins (you can suicide to get it or wait till you get the lava ring, which dimishes the lava damage a lot)

The large flame ember can be obtained in the demon ruins too, before the demon firesage boss, turn to the left, you'll face 2 (iirc) taurus demons, then a long hallway with demon worms waiting to ambush you, at the end after you kill them you'll find a chest with the ember.

You don't need to upgrade to +10 fire to get chaos, for chaos you need +5 fire weapon and the chaos ember.

If you're also wondering who can make your weapon undergo these paths, it's Vamos in the catacombs, he's close to pinwheel, if you fall through a spiral staircase then fall from there (with caution) you'll get to him

Vamos is a blacksmith located at the catacombs, i assume you haven't meet him yet, perhaps you give the fire ember to Andre and that why you don't know who can use those embers.

To reach vamos you have to carefully drop from the end of a spiral stairs where you can see a corpse down, if you drop straight in the middle you'll die so be carefull
