Your Top 10 Hardest Dark Souls 1 bosses
This is my first souls game, and i haven't played 2 or 3 yet, i just finished it yesterday. Although i'll admit i used a walkthrough but only for when i got like lost in the map and didn't know what to do.
Overall to be honest i think this game was easy for me as i only used like around a week to 100% finish every thing (DLC included). Without further adue here is my list:
10. Chaos Witch Quelaag
9. Capra Demon
8. Stray Demon
7. Dragonslayer Ornstein and Executioner Smough
6. Gaping Dragon
5. Sanctuary Guardian
4. Ceaseless Discharge (non-glitch method)
3. Manus Father of the Abyss
2. Knight Artorias
1. Black Dragon Kalameet
PS: I played through the entire game like a real casul and poise tanked with Havel set and these are the bosses i beat on my first try: Bell gargoyles, Iron Golem, Gwyn Lord of cinder( really easy with solaire summon), Bed of chaos and Gravelord Nito. Now you guys might think this list is bs but in my opinion i didn't rate them in difficulty order since the only boss i thought was even like a challenge was Kalameet as he was really fun to fight against too. Cutting of Seath's tail was the most obnixously annoying thing in the entire game that i had to do, like trust me i feel like Kalameet's tail was a hundred times easier if you know how to bait his tail slam attack. Artorias was the only boss where i had to dodge attacks lol. So i wanna see what you guys think the hardest bosses are, be sure to comment down your lists as well, and thus ends my experience with dark souls 1, time to play and finish 2 and 3.

1. Kalameet
2. Gwyn

The rest are OK. Punishing, but fair.

Manus. Too many ways of punishing you for split second mistakes, massive healthbar, hits like a truck. Some slightly dodgy attacks that still hit you if you dodge right.
1. Ornstein and Smough together
2. Bad FPS
3. Artorias
4. Manus
5. Backstab havel moms fishers
6.Gaping dragon
7. Quelaag (on the start you don't have such a gear for killing her fast (only if you are not a one shot builder))
8. my phantoms in sen's fortress

Others are ok.

It only seems that way. Once you get to know the mechanics, its still challenging and you'll still die a lot, but its not unfair, like other game bosses.

The only hard boss is Kalameet's tail, all the other bosses are easy.

I played as ninja flipping, super light armor (child mask, shadow leggings, diny robe, travel gloves) with a maxed out chaos blade. No shield. The hardest boss for this loadout is by far the 4 kings,. Thier attacks are EASY with a shield but to dodge them is a different story. Took me 5 tries before I got it. The chaos blade also made that fight difficult because finding space to estus is difficult. In this playthough I also killed gywndolin, joined the dark wraiths, and got the dark lord ending which was AWESOME.

Dark souls 2 sucks. I would just skip and go to 3 or if you have a ps4 go play bloodborne thats the next best game in the series

Bridge wyvern\hellkite. I've never seen anyone fight it. I always kill it with cheese.
Real hardest bosses of dark souls list, assuming solo run(no npc summons either):

10- Demon bootysage (don't laugh, I have trouble getting close to him but once you do its ezpz)
9- Four kings (if not dex build)
8- Chaos waifu Queelag
7- Sanctuary Guardian x2
6- Artorias
5- Running from the bonfire to the bed of BS
4- Cut off Seath's tail
3- Manus with no pendant
2- Cut off Kalameet's tail
1- Kill Smough first in O&S
