What about a mod that gives you 2 more arms?
It would be a really good mod, a catalyst in one hand and a talisman in the other one, while using a Greatshield and a weapon in the other ones.

No, add 6 heads, so you can use the masks, the crown of Dusk, the sunlight maggot (so no one can blame the game for not letting you see the game, because it's dark) and the Gargoyle helm (because you'll need)
