I need the Ascended Pyromancy Flame to give to snuggly to get a Red Titanite Slab for the Chaos Upgrade Achievement

tbh that's like a 120k soul investment, the only people who will do that are people who are going to use it. You'll probably get it faster helping people with bosses and saving up the souls yourself

I can't do that though, I beat the boss before leveling it all up, so Quelaana won't appear

If you really need a Red Slab the Chaos Eaters have a very rare drop rate for Red Slabs. Uncommon drop rate for Red Chunks, and very rare drop rate for White Chunk x's 2. They're in Lost Izaleth and look like this:

There's two respawning ones on the path to the Bed of Chaos Boss area (one is technically beyond it by several feet), so if you find the second slightly hidden Bonfire you can grind them until you get a drop. Could take awhile even with 10 humanity and Covetous Gold Snake Ring though.

You know know those two buildings out in the middle of the lava seemingly for no reason? One of them has an illusionary wall and there's a bonfire inside of it.

No that one is the second bonfire. The first one is near the entrance by where Solaire stands after you kill the Centipede boss.

You need a +10 Pyromancy Glove before killing Kellogs OR you need to be invaded by someone with a +10 Pyromancy Glove in Blighttown, the Depths, the entrance to new Londo Ruins (the area with wooden bridges), and the Demon Firesage Boss Room. She won't spawn if you kill the Bed before speaking to her.

Cool glad you got one so easily. Remember if you need more you can come down here and grind slabs. All of the slabs are farmable in various places but they have very rare drop rates from the enemies that drop them. The Blue Slab is the only one of the 4 slabs with a rare drop rate instead of a very rare drop rate.

I know, ive farmed normal titanite slabs for days and only got 2

You need 10 humanity + either the Covetous Serpent Ring or the Mimmic Head (I can't remember what it's called), becuase you need max discovery of 410 and even then it can take ages for a very rare drop to drop.
