How to get cursed weapons?

I just got to New Londo, and I found out the hard way you can only kill the reapers when something of yours is cursed (weapons, yourself) but I have to rely on a dwindling supply of transient curses to do any damage. So I was just wondering how to maybe get/make cursed weapons?

Get gold serpent ring and farm ghosts till you get a number of transient curses you feel confortable with. With the ring equipped they drop pretty often.

The only cursed weapons in the game are ones dropped by the ghosts (both of which are terrible) and the Cursed Greatsword of Artorias, which requires Sif's soul to make and at least 18 in dex, fai, and int + 24 str.
Just try to make good use of your Transient Curses, there are a few guaranteed places to get more and the ghosts tend to drop more pretty regularly.

It's easy to get a healthy supply of transient curses just by farming the ghosts with the gold serpent ring and 1 humanity. Just be sure to keep a mental note of how long your transient curse has been active; if it's close to expiring, it may be better to just wait a minute and then use another one. Nothing is worse than having your transient curse wear off when you're surrounded by ghosts.

It's in Sen's Fortress. If you don't know where that is, you shouldn't be in New Londo.

Weapons on the Occult upgrade path can hit the ghosts, but as everyone is saying, just farming Transient Curses is easier.

Occult is cursed. You can get the club in Anor Londo, or get the occult ember in the Painted World.

I've never had any need to farm transient courses throughout my gameplay, because the initial 4 you can loot from the ground at the beginning of the New Londo is enough for you. you can easily get 2+alpha transient curse drop before one expires even without any boost in item find stat just progressing through the area. Of course, unless you die to ghosts after using them.

However, if you do happen to run out of them, you can always buy more with souls from merchants. Ingward sells them, but he is located in the final part of ghost section of New Londo, which shouldn't be a problem for you to reach since 1 or 2 transient curses are enough to last you through the whole of upper New Londo. That undead lady in that end of the sewer leading to undead burg sells some too, albeit more expensively and in limited quantity, if you "really" need them.
