DARK SOULS™: Prepare To Die Edition

Easiest boss ever(so far for me) is Iron Golem
1. Walk under legs
2. Spam at ankles
3. Spank toddler when he falls
4. Walk under his legs to dodge attacks
5. Proceed with spanking.

Iirc I beat him by the 4th try in my first game. I didn't exploit his clumsiness when the player is under his legs. I also didn't use lightning in any form against him. I didn't have an easy time, but he wasn't the hardest boss that's for sure.
EDIT: I hate how he fking throws me off the platform.

The only thing "hard" about him is how he can sometimes do a 360 turnaround several times to grab you in a very buggy-looking way, and even then it's really easy to avoid.

The only big threat to it is that it can knock you off and spin pretty quick. You can actually summon Black Iron Tarkus for the fight and he can pretty much solo the golem, even knocking it off some times.

Iron Tarkus can solo him on NG+6, probably +7 as well so...

TARKUS
TAAAARKUUUUUSSSSS

Frankly, Asylum Demon once you have your equipment is the easiest. Then Pinwheel, and then probably Gapey in my personal opinion.

The only hard thing about that fight is the fact that you can fall off to death, other than that, the golem itself it's pretty easy
Yea I think it's pretty easy too. Gotta watch out for the grab attack though.

Yeah I had the same experience, luckily I took out the Fire Throwing Golem before him. Otherwise he would have spammed me with bombs :-)

I found the butterfly joke of a boss to be a bit easier, as it takes a bit of time to read Tarkus' moves, and 9/10 for some reason he fails to stagger for me. 9/10 Ceaseless gets caught in the surge spam loop thing... 9/10 a BKH drops. I have weird fortune in this game

Funnily enough I beat Iron Golem (not for the first time, obviously) just an hour or so ago. It took roughly 20 seconds; Black Knight Greatsword is ridiculous.

All black knights weapons are ridiculously strong, the only downsides to them are that you can't farm them until literally end game, and you can't use weapon buffs on them, other than that they make any NG playthrough a breeze

Plus they swing slower, weigh more, and scale worse than the standard Greatsword or Zweihander. They have high base damage, which allows you to do ridiculous damage by only meeting the requirements. They can easily be obtained from one of the several BKs in the game, with at least 1 humanity in your soft counter(top left), but the high weight makes them impractical in a fast roll build, as opposed to the GS/2H

I wouldn't say slower. "clumsier" would be more fitting with the way they're swung.
