Who's greedy? You? 13$ for 3-5 hours of entertainment is pretty good. A 3D movie is about the same price for half that time... and the movie's gonna suck.
I have no idea what your "extra" is but thats pretty close to the cost of 2 meals at good old McDonald's here in America and if its only lasting your 30 mins you need to just go eat somewhere else.
It's all about what someone is willing to spend per hour of gameplay. A lot of people try to minimize their dollars per hour of gaming and some even use it as a measure of if a game is worth its asking price. In this case 3 to 5 bucks an hour is just too much for an impulse buy.
Not just per hour of gameplay but how much enjoyment is spent in that time also. Surely? Or do you rate a game solely on how long it takes you to complete it?
4hours of Deadlight to me is worth more than the less than 7 i got out of Sniper V2. Infact i have played more of Deadlight now than i did SV2. (check my stats) SV2 was more expensive AND i enjoyed my time with it less. Deadlight is clearly better value for money in this case.
OP. I have spent 7 hours in this game so far. Not quite completed but i have collected everything thus far. I also intend to play it through again just to admire the visuals again.
Plus you could easily spend an hour reading the diary, looking through the hidden collectables, look through the interesting artwork and watch a complete set of making of videos.
I think this game is great value for money.
