I had to admit the idea behind the game is really nice and the graphics are fine for this game - but both of which are jsut as true for LIMBO (where this game was cloned off from) so no innovation here either.
I have had SO MANY problems and disappointments with games from Microsoft Studios or other Microsoft related sub-companies I will simply not buy any game again, that has "Microsoft something" beneath it - at least for quite a while. At least in this regard "Deadlight" lived up to my expectations, sadly enough.
Also I'm pretty sure of all the wall-jumps I attempted, less than a fifth of them I actually completed, the rest just had randy pandy fall like an idiot, forgetting mid-way what he was supposed to do. Even if I pressed the right combination of keys MULTIPLE TIMES.
Oh and having the hero stumble and fall off (most of the time to his death) because of a tiny pile of carboard boxes? That's just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ pathetic.
Sorry, but I stopped reading at that point. Use a controller to play the game.
The game is awesome. And for $3, there's really no need to complain. I've had this game for awhile and highly recommend it.
