Deadlight 2? Who wants a sequel?

Who like myself would love to see a sequel to Deadlight? Would maybe need to be in different city to get the storyline right? What do you think? And has anyone heard anything about whether a sequel is planned or even in development?

I would love to play a sequel as well so long as they made the controls a little tighter and consistant. Some parts of this game had me raging! lol

it would be cool with like a kind of "open world" if there would come a sequel not like a true open world game like gta or watch dogs or something like that, but just make it so you have some other paths to take and maybe make it so you decide what to do like making hard decisions (sorry if that is spelled wrong didn't bother to look it up im so tired and sleepy) night night

Yeap, but don't call it Deadlight, don't have any characters(mostly) of the old game in it, make it completely disconnected from the old storyline(mostly) except for the setting, make it have extremely slick controls wether it be controller or kbm and do NOT make it open world under all circumstances. Have that "The Road" vibe going on because imo it lives from it. Linearity is not always a bad thing in games.

Deadlight 2: Roads not taken? the same game, but you can turn 90 degrees and run "into the background" and the camera would move so that you get another view - yet still a platformer? In the beginning when crossing the highway I thouhgt that it would have been so cool to be able to run along it. But perhaps that would work better as a DLC while waiting for the actual sequel?

I like the idea of a sequel, but where would that start out from? I would understand if they launched some DLC where you play from Ratboy's perspective, but a continuation to an already loosely-tied ending would either frustate people even more or just confuse them even more.
