As a singleplayer game, it didn't fulfill its job.
The multiplayer is as mediocre as "multiplayer" can be.
Won't happen not only because of what Jp said, but also because Perseus Mandate is non-canonical. Its story is not recognized by Monolith, and therefore has no connection whatsoever to F.E.A.R. 2 and 3.
