I can't get to chapter 7

Every time I get to the loading screen it says "disconnected from server" I've tried three times

Are you getting stuck in the vent at the bottom of the stairs? If so I am wondering if you found a way around it because I am stuck now too.

I have the same issue at the exact same place. Can't go further in perseus mandate :/

i had this problem , i just set all graphics to minimum . Then i was able to load to new chapter . Afther i just saved put graphic back to max and i was good to go

Can confirm that this works. had the "cant connect to server" issue which honestly sounds ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ stupid considering the multiplayer aspect was removed and we're on multiplayer....

but yea, set graphics to minimum, went back into the cent and it laoded correctly this time.

Try to change graphic on low or medium setting. It helped me.

This worked for me, dropped cpu and video down to minimum, loaded into the level, and then set it back after it loaded correctly.

i just turned off my flashlight in the vent and waddle thru the darkness. it works

I can also confirm turning "computer" and "graphics card" settings to "minimum" and then going through the vent works. I am so glad these types of places exist where people from all around the world help each other with things like this, real life savers!

Now it's back to gore and ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ my pants in glorious 4K!

Yes, I can also attest to the solution given by everyone else here. Just make sure to restart the game after you change the graphical settings.
