Someone mind explaining post credit scene to me?

Where did mercs get the DNA sample if it was recovered by the player?
There were two samples, or we just took a fake one?
And what's about that "We've got Morrison"? They mean his corpse or he somehow survived?

The first DNA Sample was from Paxton Fettel. The Nightcrawlers managed to retrieve that one and it's the one you see after the credits.
The other sample is from Alma Wade and is the one the protagonist manages to secure.
As for Morrison, they most likely retrieved his body because there's no way he survived.

edit : Just checked it on youtube and what he said about Morrison is lame indeed. The guy was crushed by a truck. I don't know, maybe it was all just an illusion? I mean how is Jin alive in F.E.A.R. 3?

Jin is alive in FEAR 3 because the FEAR series has two different timelines.

FEAR > Extraction Point > Perseus Mandate
and
FEAR > FEAR 2 > Reborn > FEAR 3

The fear 1 expansions are totally non-canon to the main series timeline

I thought so too but then again, Fettel tells point man that he has to make a choice (before the death of Jin). So I assume he chose to save her.

The choice he's talking about is fighting for or against Alma.
