Xbox Controller does not work properly.
I am using a wireless xbox 360 reciever and a wireless xbox 360 controller, and it is all messed up when I try to use it in the game. Instead of using the A button which states is the button for ok, I have to use the X button. And the B button for back does not work, but instead the Y button does this function.

Same here, nothing on right stick to move the camera, A button set to X button, left / right triggers look up and down etc

Going to try and work it out later by looking at the 360 controls and the PC keyboard / mouse controls and try and reset to where they are supposed to be.

So far worked out the start & select buttons need to be on the left / right shoulder buttons.
I suffer the same issues as everyone else here. F***in' A!

Funny thing is; the game states it was designed for use of controllers. I just can't help but laugh. I'm sorry, it's just so bad.

This is by far the worst port I have ever played. At least they did not charge full price for this garbage.

Yes, that's of some comfort, at least.

I have the same issue with my Logitech F310, A button mapped to X, start button mapped to right analogue stick, and so on...
Hope there's either a patch for this, or they add an option to customize the gamepad controls, instead of only allowing to customize the keyboard/mouse controls.

Also, would be nice if there was an option to switch between keyboard/mouse interface and controller interface, now the keyboard/mouse interface only works if there's no controller connected. :|

If they could correct this all would be right with me. I don't mind the fps lock, but having to use a KB/M for this type of game doesn't feel right.

Just out of curriosity, has anyone tried an external config program for this or something like that?

Same issue, wireless Xbox360 controller dont work correctly

I think we need to work out what each of the keys do in game, then look at the Xbox controls to match up the actions and then try and configure it to match the 360 version. I have played through this on the 360 a few year back and enjoyed it, no idea why they didn't just port the standard controls over as a game like this works so much better on a gamepad. Bad thing with the configuration program is that it doesn't actually say what each of the keys actually do.

The only thing I can see causing an issue with trying to do the matching up is the right analogue stick to be looking around.

You can work around this with x360ce [code.google.com] until the devs release a patch that recognizes the wireless controller.
I don't want to mess around with third-party apps to get this game to work. I didn't sign up for that when I bought the game and I'm not that desperate to play it right now, either. I bought it last night out of sheer boredom as I had nothing else to do, hoping to be able to play it instantly, without any issues, after the download was finished. Ooh, how wrong I was.

I have the same problem. I hope they patch the game fast
