How do I set the alarm clock?

I've played around with it a bit but it seems I can only move the second hand, not the minute or hour hands. I would like to set my alarm for 5 am but it appears that I may be just a tiiiiinnnny bit dense because I can't figure this out.

The hour and minute hands are actually the current time. The "second hand" is actually the time you set up. So if you put it in 5, the alarm will be set to 5AM/5PM

And of course, if you put it between 5 and 6, it's going to be set to 5:30 and so on
