3rd crop field?

please can someone help me. how do you unlock the 3rd crop field?

I found this:

"The route to gaining access to the third field is similar to that of the original game, Harvest Moon. Players will need to converse with both Vinnie and Takakura. This is because Vinnie, the unique two-headed plant has the ability to craft unique Hybrid Seeds. Vinnie can be found inside Takakura’s house. Whilst Takakura handles the farming business out back, Takakura later offers some deforestation to take down a bundle of trees for players. Granting you a whopping 9×21 square field for all of your farming needs. But in order to get the third field in A Wonderful Life, you will need to talk to Takakura upon successfully making your first Hybrid Seed with Vinnie. Once done, Takakura will offer the third field to make for you but you will need to purchase the land via the Ledger. This will cost you a total of 60,000g."

i read this also but for some reason the plant (vinnie) wont accept any crops or seeds to make hybrids. nothing has come up to get the field or anything. ive chatted to the plant many times what does it mean by converse?

Keep talking to Vinnie until it reached the red bar or close enough to red bar. Then Vinnie will start to offer the option to hybrid. I spammed talking to Vinnie at 2nd day of Spring and the hybrid option unlocked after that.

I have gotten all hybrid seeds from Vinnie and max friendship with Takakura and I can not get the 3rd crop field. Any idea what I did wrong? Talked to him over numerous days. Still no luck. Thanks.

Did you check to see if you can order it?

I wish I knew how to help. The option to buy the third field was given to me after I befriended Vinnie, yet before I even made a hybrid crop with him. I haven't bought it yet, though.

Strange. Did you have discovered the 3rd gen hybrids? (The hybrid of the hybrid crops)
I read that the requirements for 3rd field is you have to discover 3rd gen hybrids atleast once

I read that the requirements for 3rd field is you have to discover 3rd gen hybrids atleast once

It's so weird because I don't recall making any hybrids at all when it unlocked for me.

Mine was unlocked when I first did my 2nd gen hybrid so its kinda strange too

Try to talk with Takakura when he is outside the farm (when he is staying in the bridge to Vesta farm in my case), thats where he offered me the option to unlock the 3rd field.
