Dumb question

I've never played this before so i'm pretty confused by the lack of instructions. How do I dig in the mine? Is there a shovel or Pick I have to buy? and how do i put things to sell in the shipping bin,. Thanks in advance

to start digging, you need to talk with carter in the mine at 10 a.m (note: day 3rd & 8th is break day), carter will give you a shovel as well. shipping bin exactly right the order book (in front of your house), just put some stuff in there, and takakura will sell all of them every 5.am and the money you can take at blue box in front of your house around 12.pm (mostly 12. pm)

There are no dumb questions :) Ak the guy in the mine he will borrow you what you need to dig, you can't dig outside the mine. As for the shipping bin, you can't sell EVERYTHING, but no worries! There is a sellar a few days in the month, check the calandar right next to the door in your house. You can sell him EVERYTHNG (He is the payay guy).

You can dig at the mine from 10am to 5pm. Talk to Carter, he will ask you if you want to dig, say yes. Then just walk up to the square over where you want to dig. I use the Xbox controller, so for me I press X to dig, I'm not sure the controls for the other controllers. Also you can't dig at the site on days that vans shop is open.

As for the shopping bin, on the old HM AWL you would just equip the item and click the a button over it. Tbh I havent been selling stuff with it yet, since van seems to offer more.
