How to quit out

I'm using keyboard and can't quit or save. I'm on my way to work for the next 10 hours so I'm hoping that I know how to do this when I get back. I did sleep to save and that worked fine, but the not able to quit or save is upsetting. It said to press Y but doing that on the home screen didn't let me quit. thanks so much

use backspace to go to the menu. These seem to be the weirdest settings i have ever seen.
I think i'm even going to switch to using a controller

I got fed up with the odd mapping of keys refunding and moving to switch since it definitely feels controller-oriented haha.

yea same I just connected an Xbox controller to my pc and its way easier to play like this

It's stupid as there is no option to do so yet if you press Alt F4 it then gives you the choice to quit lol.

I hate lazy PC ports.

its in the games system menu. option button if your using a controller, backspace if your not. this comment shows ya havent gone into settings at all before starting the game
