Just an FYI if you’re looking for something fun to play after you finish this game.
Although, there is a monthly quest you can do to prevent that from happening, in My Time At Portia.
A quest to build a sun lamp, which the doctor can use to treat her condition.
(This is similar to a real-life treatment for certain babies born with a kind of condition similar to jaundice. By putting them in an incubator with a plant light (those lightbulbs you use to grow plants), the light causes a reaction in their skin that produces the substance their bodies are lacking, thus treating their condition.)
Ginger's condition seems similar to that, so the devs added that option to prolong her life.[/spoilers]
part of me is disappointed about that.
I'll say.
So, I can save money by never feeding the cows? I can swing a scythe with impunity?
Yikes...
Is Marvelous just scared of PETA or something?
Misleading.
Let me rephrase it correctly.
"It's kind of neat that your spouse, should you chose a specific person, can pass away in the game if you don't do anything to prevent that'.
