Does Snow count as rain? As in, do I have to water/let the animals inside when it snows? I know some of the games snow = rain but I'm not sure for this one.

No. even it's snow you still have to watering the crops for bring animal outside i'm not so sure since if i see dark sky or snow/rain i never bring them outside

In previous HM/SoS you could always leave your animals outside while snowing, so my guess is that we can do that in this version.

snow and rain both effect your animals negatively, but snow does not water your crops

you can leave them outside, you wont get eggs or milk tho and it does lower their health

snow counts like rain yes if you talk to takakura while hes in the pasture and its snowing he mentions to keep the animals inside

i always let my animals outside when it snowing and nothing happened to them lol not even lowering their health
