No talking by other characters in game ?

I cant hear other people talking to me .... o.0

sound drivers is working,sound is ON , everything working perfectly,i can hear SHOOTING and Aliens ,but talking -no ....

anyone have same problem ? (or idea to fix it)

i dont think there is any audio of the NPCs talking..

im in the middle of working on a sound mod....well, not reallya mod, just replacing all the sound files with higher quality sounds... the 'Speech' folder is empty entirely
