Gamepad Button Prompts instead of Keyboard Keys

Is there any way to make it so FEAR 3 displays the gamepad button prompts rather than keyboard? I'm using an Xbox360 controller and it works perfectly, but the on-screen prompts tell me to push "Q" and "Enter" and "Ctrl." C'mon, I know they did the button prompts for the Xbox. Did they not provide those for the PC even though they included default Xbox gamepad button assignment? WEAK.

Gamepad emulators can change it so this happenes. I know this for a fact because I used to do it on accident to myself in my cutom profiles all the time! It;s a little program within the profiler software that you have to set up in its own right and it may use DX but I cannot remember for certain.

Pissess me off royally how we customers take the shaft with a smile regarding the gamepad crap situation we are in atm. XBox plugs in and plays while I had to go on a life changing jouirney of discovery on the interwebz, meeting new bestest friends along the way and finnally understanding what it is to grow u....oh i mean i wanted some damn software to actually make my gamepad function the way I want it to EVEN THOUGH it aint MS. This would include your wanting button designations included in our game.

I'm using a 360 controller and it still shows the keyboard prompts. It just takes some getting used to. I've heard that it's universal, nobody gets gamepad prompts because the port was wonky.
