CSGO pick up weapon and get you weapon skin

Hi I make a map to csgo I have weapons spawn on the ground

what i want is when you pick up a weapon it will give you skin for the weapon if some one hasn't already picked it up and dropped it

I have sen it but dont know if it is a map future or server future

so there are no way to pick up a natural weapon and change the owner to you so you get you weapon skin?

so no mod or server plugin or any thing can do that?

I don't understand you
Do you want to pickup weapon and this weapon will change it's natural texture to skin that you have?

yes the map spawn a weapon natural no one owns it and ther for it have the defult skin but when you pick it up the weapons owner changes to you and change the skin you have for it.

and it will only do so if its a natural weapon so no other player have drop it
