Can't Get Lighting to Work in Hammer
I'm trying to make a Deathrun Map for Team Fortress 2, and everything is going fine so far, but one thing that has been bothering me is the fact that I can't seem to get any sort of lighting to work, and having the default lighting makes the map look visually unappealing.

I've attemped to look up lighting tutorials, but most are individual lighting for buildings and the ones that cover the whole map don't work (ones such as light_environment and such). The other half is that there's not many topics covering this that yeild solutions.

I'm not really sure what's wrong, there's probably something wrong with my map that is causing this. If anyone knows what is wrong, please tell me so I can fix it.

Neither VVIS or VRAD ran.

Verify the integrity of game files first.

If it does not work, download VBCT[qsextreme.com] and ditch the default compilers.

Okay, so verifying the files didn't work, so I downloaded VBCT, but when I was trying to compile, there was an error for VVIS saying "Warning: expexted log file could not be found" or something like that.

What do I do now?

I noticed it said that the " VRAD module was not found". So, is the reason why it failed to compile was that it couldn't find the Vrad path?

So, is anyone able to solve the problem? I posted the compile log.

If anyone isn't going to help, can you at please least direct me to an active forum (anywhere else, doesn't has to be Steam) that's more ready to help?

It's been three days without a response after I complied with posting the VBCT log and and I've seen the one who asked me to post the compile log be online several times without response.
