报告翻译问题
The batch file just sets and/or checks the VPROJECT environment variable before launching the hammer.exe application, if vproject variable is already set you can just run hammer.exe
If the variable is not set you'll get an error when trying to start it. You can also use the set_sdk_env.bat (in the same folder) to first set the env variable, then run hammer.exe.

I personally havn't tried it but from what I read it works well.
When I run hammer.bat from Windows, it just opens a blank command prompt for a fraction of a second and then quits.
