SDK giving me 'fake' leaks, any help appreciated!
Well basically everything worked just fine, I went in the editor again after testing some ladders, created a new ladder and went to test it then all of a sudden some object I hadn't touched since the initial part of the map appeared to be out of bounds . (light_environment) I went to check it out in the pointfile and noticed that it was fake, no leak was there but it generated a leak from INSIDE the world, screenshot of how it looks from my part.

I decided to just find the object and delete it to see if that helped, but no it chose a new object to do the exact same "fakeleak" with..

I had something similar when some of my instance files were missing

Check to make sure your skybox is a world brush and not an entity.
Delete the leaked entity is usually useless, because another one will be leaked. If your skybox is a simple box, the best thing is rebuild it. There are many bugs in Hammer, and sometimes it happens with apparently no reason.

Do you have Raduis Culling on?

Thanks for you answers, yes I noticed that my world brush was transformed into walls back and forth, how do I create a new world brush though? Surrounding everything with a new hollow brush didn't work.

EDIT: I clicked my world model is a func_detail , how to I transform it back to be a world model?

Okay that got rid of the errors I do not have any HAMMER errors at the moment, but now when I start the map in CS GO I get the following error "Host_EndGame: Map coordinate extents are too large!!
Check for errors!"

And I get kicked out as I'm on my way onto the map

Submitting some of my map for you to see, perhaps you can see the issues?

EDIT: Stuck on the same problem, just thought i'd add this. My world model is entirely Skybox, then I made a seperate brush to represent the ground (so I could abuse the entity sizes) however when I change the texture of the world model, objects start leaking for some reason so I change it back to skybox and the leaks are gone but I still can't connect to the server.

Closing this and opening a new thread for the new issue.

well this happens to me it just says that when it means something else. for example when i was running my map it said that my start entity was leaked but it wasnt im pretty sure that is was my light.[/spoiler]
Just a tip for you:

NEVER use the hollow tool. It is practically useless, as it has a tendency to create microscopic openings between brushes, which can be really annoying. You'd be better off just creating brushes one at a time, or using the clipping tool.

Good luck!

caPiTal, I never had leaks from hollow (I use it for skybox on small test maps)
