How to use csgo moondome shade to create a material in source 2?
i want to make a fake skybox which use csgo moondome shade.

It seems to be straightforward to use. Untick Show Preferred Shaders from the shader selection menu and select Csgo Moondome. The shader uses two textures. You need a single cross-shaped cubemap texture for the skybox, look at how materials\default\default_cube.pfm is set up. The Color texture is projected to the actual surface and tints the skybox, so set it to white if you want to disable it. Then just apply it to meshes in Hammer just like any other material.
