gmod skybox is black

Hi, i just put in a skybox in my level along with a light_enviroment and the skybox only shows up as black but it doesn't screen tear. I looked in the map tab and the texture of the skybox says it is sky_dust.

If I'm not mistaken, that skybox texture is from CS:GO.
It might be missing for example if you don't have CS:GO installed.

I would replace "sky_dust" with one of these skybox textures, they should be in Gmod by default:

nope, i tried putting in sky_day01 but that didnt work either, i do have csgo installed but not mounted so idk

also whenever i try and pack custom textures in VIDE it doesnt show anything to be packed

Ok, few steps back.

I think I might know whats wrong, copy and paste "sky_day01_01" into the skybox name window.
If its still black, the console log might be useful.

It worked! i guess i just put the skybox name in as something wierd idk. But thanks man!
