How to load vmf maps in hammer

I just wanna know how to load tf2 maps in sdk

Go to tf2's bin folder, then open hammer.exe from there. Once hammer is opened go to File > Open... Then navigate to your .vmf.

Ive got vmf maps of tf2 from this site:https://tf2maps.net/threads/valve-maps-decompiled.5952/
But if i download a map there stands that it could corrupt my computer (sorry, im bad at english)
Should i still download it or not?

If you remove the "site:" part from the url it shouldn't get blocked.

Well its TF2Maps, so i dont think its gonna corrupt something. Windows just thinks that, i guess
