Looks like the nodes are working, he went through after you opened the door for him. Is the npc responsible for opening the door? if so add the needed output to open it once the npc reaches that node. Place the node(s) outside/inside the door, not in the doorway.

mmm the nodes are okay, but anyway whithout any node, if the NPC see you, he still crossing the door when is opened.

But i dont know what exactly you mean with place the node outside and inside of the door, in no one tutorial you need to set a output or touch any of those options.

I also have been doing other test in other map, and the NPCs are going throught the doors of one house whithout use hint_node :O , so i copy that door and i placed outside between walls, and he could not open these doors.
Then i did second test, put a door made by me in the same place that the doors of the house was working, and the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ opened successfully the door so... its also something around the door area :(

'In the doorway' means when the door is closed the node should be either inside or outside, not placed where the door is over it when it is closed.

I dont knon what are you based on to say that, but in none of the tutorials that i saw, even from valve, says that you need to send any info to open the door first, and then the NPC can pass throught.
And also it say the info_node_hint must be in the middle of the door.
See this picture https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/NPC_Door_Navigation and bellow, it say what kind of info_node_hint you need to set up "Entrance / Exit Pinch"

Anyway i tested your way, https://ibb.co/yPsPxkM and doesnt work, also i putted 1 a bit forward like another tutorial said and nothing....

Anyway here is another test, i have copied the same house that i said before, that was working the doors, just using INFO_NODE, not INFO_NODE_HINT and is working just there, so this is something else that doesnt have sense...

So as i said before, if i move that door to another place and it doesnt work. Also if i delete that door and i make a new one in the same place, it works... so it looks like there should be any other thing around, but there isnt https://ibb.co/nrMd9ms

Okay i have found a solution, but this is looking very bad...
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=McDDGp2sR40

As you can see that kind of doors Prop_door_rotating and models/props_c17/ works! so i what about if i change all the doors of the map 1 by 1? Okay becouse some of them are "func_door_rotating" and i have to replace by ""prop_door_rotating" but...when i have tried they looks different size!
https://ibb.co/pbknyGB
F**K im over, i dont know how to continue now...

Any extra help please? Hatefull program...

Yes, the doors should be prop_door_rotating to work properly. As for the size, it is whatever size you make it but the texture may 'fit' differently making it appear a different size, just reapply the textures to make them 'fit' properly.

On the flags setting of the door, make sure "Touch Opens" or "Use Opens" is checked, and make sure "Npcs Can't" is not checked.

But mate, the size of the door you cant modify, isnt it? How you can modify? Becouse i click on it to drag it longer ( like you do with a wall) and it doesnt get bigger, it just move completly

Yes i checked but they still not working for npcs https://ibb.co/LgBPgK5

Maybe becouse hammer imported wrong, but they are func_door_rotating.
And as i have tested only Prop_door_rotating and models/props_c17/ works!

So if i want to replace 1 by 1 all, i have a problem, they are bigger size! and they doesnt fit in the place that the others. So i need to modify the surround of every door, thats gonna take me too many hours and looks horrible https://youtu.be/OsjpTwvXV1M
Any solution please?
PDT: I have tried to crate a custom block with textures, then control+T , tie to func_door_rotating and they cant open them either :( https://ibb.co/9p37X9D
