Hammer saying that there is a leak but actually there isnt a leak
I loaded point file and it shows me empty space near my map but there is nothing i teleported through coordinates and still nothing.And because of that i cant load it gives me error "Portalnum=areaportalnum" if i delete them, water will be invisible, what should i do.
It says that there is a leak but i couldnt find it. red line in empty space.

Your areaportals aren't properly built. Hide everything except world geometry in auto visgroups and check if the areas are perfectly closed by areaportals.

Maybe that ladder has its origin outside the map. Enable helpers, select the ladder and center origin by tools menu.

These and many other models aren't properly used. Use them as prop_dynamic_override, they cannot be used as prop_static. (You must cjeck the info tab in hammer's model browser to see how you can use them).

Your areaportals aren't properly built. Hide everything except world geometry in auto visgroups and check if the areas are perfectly closed by areaportals.

Maybe that ladder has its origin outside the map. Enable helpers, select the ladder and center origin by tools menu.

I know they arent in game actually because i was editing a beta map, I fixed a problem which i had, the way to solve it just make a big square of NODRAW and that's all.And most of textures and entity are errors but im fixing in at the moment.

That's not good practice. When you have a leak don't just create a giant box around your map, load your pointfile and follow the red line.

However Matt is right, creating a big box around the map causes great optimization problems, and in any case it cannot fix the areaportal leaks.
If you are working on an incomplete map, and you want to seal it or a part only momentarily, use the cordon tool instead.

Well, still didn't helped.There is no circle.The only way to run map to delete areaportals but it will cause bad optimization.

Finally i found a way to solve this problem i just placed area portals into another place and thank god it worked, i also checked fps and as it should be 300 fps.Now everything is good.
