seems like this:
Map coordinate extents are too large
is causing problems tho,
how long is your map

and also consider replacing following textures and/or cubemaps.
tile/tilefloor001b
wood/woodfloor007a
concrete/concretefloor033k_c17
concrete/concretefloor033y
concrete/concretefloor033k
nature/water_movingplane

The messages mentioning the textures are normal, and only mean that you will need to build cubemaps in-game if you want to see the reflections on them. No need to replace them with anything.
