what to enter in "Company Form" for french company ?

we are a french company ( S.A.R.L ) and we try to the "Steamworks Partner Program".
we are stuck at the "Company Form" field...
we really dont know what to write in this field and we dont found any help on the doc, forums, or web..

any european dev, could help us ?

what are we have to write there ? "An S.A.R.L Company based in France" ?
