So, I finished the kraken ship, mostly, except for the areas that require boost pad or the wall bumper things (only special ability chip I've found is the wall grind). Chicken ship I'm stuck needing a blue gear that I can't find. Managed to scrounge barely enough of the cannon upgrade currency to be able to make it to the last? ship, but now I think my progress is blocked by not having the other ability chips somehow, but I have no idea where they could be. Were they stuck in one of those background crac...

Maybe I'm missing something obvious, but after several attempts it's not clear to me how to damage the giant chicken boss. Any tips would be appreciated, thanks!

Every time I have to shuffle mod chips around to get to max fuel to reach something or to use an ability of some sort I find it extremely annoying, especially since it tends to disrupt whatever general use setup I was just using. And then swapping back I have to figure it out again. I suppose at least you're not making me play a sliding puzzle every time I want to change abilities or something, but I really feel like I want some loadouts or something....
