How are you supposed to transport logs?
When the vehicle designed to carry logs cannot secure the logs because there are logs in the way..

Especially when the log grabber just phases through the logs.

I just use the mule, lifting logs works way better with a crane.
luck.
Dont use the stupid log vehicle, at least not until you can get the better ones. You will get mighty irritated by how horrendously Gigantic the turning circle is.
Use any truck that a log can fit onto, and have 4wd + diff lock. Even the Mule with crane work ok for this, but its not good too drive.

It does, but I need to transport like 20 logs and the mule isn't very good at carrying more logs, so I wanted to use an actual log carrying vehicle but the crane is the worst thing I have ever experienced and logs cant be secured because logs.
I often use the log transport truck and it's worked fine for me. When I'm lazy though I just bring my harvester to the bridge and cut/drop logs to it.

Get the "Greenway 740 Cross" when you can. You can load tons on it, and its good offroad and very stable. (Price:43,000 Unlock:Company Level 7). 30-40 logs is nothing on that one.

I think I bought that before, have to check which one I got, but the crane cannot grab logs and I sold it 5 minutes later.

I've done that, but it's a more remote location so I wanted to use a different truck, but it won't let me strap the logs so it doesn't really work.

I know I'm not answering the question, but why do you need so many logs?

It's a side quest for 20 logs.

It have no crane, but a "blade".
I use the log transporter as well, and found it often faster to cut a tree, drive to the back of the log transporter, with the transporter being on the right side of the cutter.
Then when you strip logs, it automatically falls into the transporter bed.
Works 99% of the time and is much faster than picking up logs all over the place.

Yeah, but then the log transporter doesn't want to strap in the logs so they fall out eventually.

I stopped using the log cranes just a huge pain, I load them up with a normal crane on to log carriers, I can handle the logs better and have less issues with not being able to be strapped down.

Although I don't have to transport them much, not for making bridges anyway as I just cut a tree down, drive to the deposit point for the bridge and process it right into the spot.

Nope, they strap in perfectly fine once I have all the logs in there, I did not run into that problem myself.

I don't know what the issue is because it doesn't let me because it says logs are in the way..
