I don't know if someone mentioned it. I bought this game on release day, I didn't refund it for music and art reasons, thinking that one day it will be fixed to a playable level... when i start the game it starts windowed and can't seem to get it to be fully fullscreen. there is no setting in game to change from full screen to borderless fullscreen to windowed. if someone knows more and can help. please and thank you. fyi no other steam game i own has this problem....
