Haven't tried it yet, but looks like a winner...
I installed the pinnacle emulator and downloaded and started the profile but when I start the game form steam, I still can only use the keyboard.
Do I have to change some settings or something to make it work?
Thanks!
It is also mentioned in the game's system requirements:
I don't have an Xbox360 controller myself so haven't tested it, and still wonder how you could use the Inventory but since they guarantee it works you should believe them. And if it does not, ask support from Pinnacle Game Profiler.
Yeah I would have bought the steam version in the current sale but I prefer using a controller for this game so I might just get it for the Xbox 360 next time it goes on sale.
I changed my mind. After years of waiting, Xbox apparently have no plans of ever selling this game on a discount on Xbox consoles during their weekly or holiday sales, so I finally decided to buy the game when it went on sale on steam for $2.49 this month even if I have to use a keyboard and mouse.
However as it turns out, I was able to trade for the game on steamtrades before I had to make the purchase and am trying it out.
At first I was worried about the reports about the game crashing when launching it on Windows 10, but so far so good. I am keeping my fingers crossed playing in 1080p.
i posted a thing before you can map most of the commands to a controller. theres a few that wont save and youll have to use keyboard from time to time but its for activating different powers
Thanks but using keyboard and mouse is okay to me as well. Even though this game is not a crpg that is what I use there most of the time. I do prefer the Xbox controller for first person arpgs like this game in general though.
The Xbox 360 version of this game from what I understand also removed the rpg elements of the game removing the option to customize your skill/ability tree and making it more linear so keyboard and mouse is still the best option for the PC version.
