Yeah, I'll try to make one. Give me a moment.
https://youtu.be/tRmDcS7oduU Here, this is a less egregious example, and specifically only the killing blow is the seemingly broken animation. The orc simply walks towards me and I die.
Also, looking back I am proud of that shield bash into the spikes.
Comparability modes don't seem to change this issue, and I haven't seen a mod or many threads mentioning this sort of problem.
Just to make sure you're using compatibility mode in the way we'd recommend, please see the compatibility mode guide[ubi.li], which we'd recommend switching to Windows XP mode.
Please also go through the steps in the troubleshooting guide[ubi.li]. In particular from the guide, please make sure you are running the game with administrator rights, you've verified the game files, you've got your Windows install fully updated, and you've (at least temporarily, for testing) deactivated all background programs.
Lastly, I see that other players have found success in fixing issues with the steps in this community guide: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=307579490
Let me know if any of that solves the issue!
