Game crashes on Chapter 4 loading screen

after the cutscene, when the loading bar almost gets to the end, Game crashes. got win 10. please help.

Did game cache, only compatability mode I chould choose is XP 3 and then my whole screen just turns white before giving me some background stuff error...

try lowering everything in the graphic options (except resolution if you want) and then beat the level again. you can get them back up after the transition

set resolution to 720p and all settings to lowest

Should'nt there be some unofficial patch of some sort available to fix this like some old games I've dealt with or have one not yet been made to fix all this?
