Is this game worth buying?
I heard that steam version is buggy and it crashes a lot, is that true?

I am on win 10 and the game works just fine. I guess you dont know until you actually play it. The game is on sale and its really cheap.

Thinking the same thing, debating hold off until it gets on GoG as they seem to dedicate some time to getting games working well!

it is unplayable, even tho i really like the game, it keeps crashing.... ( i capped the fps at 60 and its still crashes )
my game only crashes when i put it in 4k. if i do 1080 or 1440 with everything else at max it runs fine. played for 8 hours.

Game doesn't even launch, opens a process in task manager that does nothing and then tricks steam into saying the game is still running even after you quit the process and quit steam

Do not buy.

That's extremely unfortunate. I have never encountered that problem on my Windows 10.

One of the most enjoyable games I have ever played, its a musthave imo. Mine crashes only when loads a new chapter, and the solution is to lower the resolution just before the loading screen appears. Also, the game wont run unless you open it via steam library. Really minor problems. The game still looks nice and is just so much fun. Most enjoyable dismembering in the history of gaming :))

The story is a bit lackluster, the combat is god-tier, and the graphics are great for the time.

It's a bit unstable, though. The game can randomly crash when you hit an enemy.

It works perfectly for me without any tweaks on Windows 10, 4k. Absolutely don't understand what some people are complaining about...

For anyone having the same question as OP - yes, buy it.
As mentioned by many before the combat and skills/spells are superb and very satisfying to use. I personally disagree about the story because most games have relatively bland stories and it actually does give the player outcome changing choices, not just illusions or straight up no choice like most games.
