How to free Ishtvan in the epilogue? Possible bug and spoilers

So I shoot a fireball at him and the ring breaks from the chains but he is still there hovering mid Air... Is that a bug or oversight or actually not How you pull him down?

Hi Igor.
The problem is when you damaged the chain it broke but this is not the way.
Instead u should follow the chain. It will end in a place. There you should remove an ironpin with the key USE and done.

Thanks! That did the trick. Guess the chain wasn't supposed to be breakable then? Weird bug (I assume the first thing players would do would be shoot the chains or use telekinesis, so that should have been fixed)
