Wow, I can't believe I didn't think of this sooner. Yep, using a 4gb patcher on the mm.exe fixed all the crashing.

what is this patcher and what it have to do with this game?

The patcher does what the OP was talking about. It makes the game Large Address Aware enabling the game to use 4GB of RAM. Dark Messiah is a 32 bit application, so without the patch, the game only ever uses 2gb of RAM (even if you have more). A lot of crashing tends to occur when the game reaches that 2gb limit.

Step 1. Download the patcher and extract it to your desktop
Step 2. Open the patcher. It will ask you to select the executable to patch.
Step 3. Go to where you have Dark Messiah installed (probably under C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\Common\Dark Messiah of Might and Magic).
Step 4: Select mm.exe
Step 5: You should get a message stating "Executable successfully patched"
Step 6: Play the game

I Already do the very same thing and its not allowing me to patch it, is this because i Mod my Dark messiah?

As much as I love this game, I doubt it'll *ever* run the way that it should. Between all the crashes, minor annoyances, and stupid oversights, that is (friggin' game enabling French keyboard layouts every time it runs - makes me insane).
