could be, but can't get PS4 BL:R anywhere. Also, PS4 emulator will demand much more resources than PC BLR
PS4 emulators wont work at all. I have investigated different approaches how we can revive BL:R for PC. Some of them look quite promissing but im still stuck atm. You can read up my researches in this wiki[gitlab.com]. (The gist contains links to different client installers/files).
To summarize my findings: It may be possible to spawn a local server due to UDK structure and it may be possible to trick the PS4 servers of BL:R to accept a connection from the PC client.
