You binaries require at least glibc 2.34 systems to load because you linked with it. You should link your binaries with the oldest glibc you can run, because 2.34 is quite recent (currently, even the most recent official steam runtimes won't load it). While you are at it, you should use "-static-libgcc" compile/link option to avoid libgcc ABI issues, and if you used c++, "-static-libstdc++" compile/link option to avoid c++ ABI issues (and symbol version issues)....
