I have slowly but enjoyably worked out how to get 51 of the 52 achievements in this game (52 because I happily bought the DLC with its one additional award). But I'm really struggling with the final achievement I need - All Cops Are Bad. I think that I've set up the initial conditions - Randy has secretly filmed the police taking a bribe - but I can't work out how to use this i.e. how to get Randy to use/publish the footage. I would be really grateful for any hints or...

I'm glad I randomly found this one, can't believe base game is free with amount of writing here. (yeah I'm getting that special edition for supporting and extra stuff because really dug this)

And I should focus on helping people? Or can I make the movie a blockbuster? Or am I supposed to learn a harsh lesson after sacrificing to make it awesome?
