Non-Steam Purchase servers down

I bought the game long before the Steam Knockout Version, I own the game plus more than half of the DLC, but I cant connect to the servers for the download of the game. I still have the e-mail with the download link but the linked page is unresponsive. Has anyone else had this problem?
